This song is notated kind of funny, 'cause Guitar Pro isn't so good for sheet music. Anyway,
the first measure is in 4/4 time, and the rest of the song is in 23/16.
Yes, that's right, 23/16. You can divide it up like this:

Basically, the beat is a dotted eighth, and there are 7 beats per measure, but the 4th and 7th
beats are slightly longer, being a full quarter note. So, the accents fall like this:

Once you get this rhythm, it's not too hard. However, there is one part which is syncopated in
a different way. The chords on the first guitar, starting in measure 6, have the following
rhythm:
