This is in Eb-standard tuning (tune all strings down a semitone), to
match the original and SNES versions.  It works out well, because the
lowest note is an Eb.  The CPS2 arcade version (from Hyper SF2) is a
semitone up, so if you're playing along with that, play in standard.

The notes are different from version to version, but this is based on
my favorite version (the SNES one).
